Tax excemption treaty
Hi,
My husband came on a J1 visa, due to the treaty between USA and Germany he was excempted from taxes he was working on research. he intends to stay in the states more. I KNOW he has to return back all taxes, but do you have any idea about the process of return?? can he do it on monthly payments??
