Participants on a H3 visa, what taxes do they have to pay?
H3 visa is a train/work visa. H3 visa tax holders can be Resident or non resident aliens for tax purposes, based on Substantial Presence Test. Based on Substantial Presence Test, they have to file Form 1040 or Form 1040NR. 1. H3 visa tax holders have to pay Federal, State, Social Security and Medicare Taxes. 2.
