The visa held for the entire year 2007 was h1b. There was no change in Visa status. was partly a student in 2006 and i dont think that shd affect this year. just force of habit i filed 1040nr. then realised that i could file for 1040, and ended up not getting the rebate check. so i am wondering how i can refile for 1040 and collect the rebate check now.
